Considering we won the SB in both years of Lett's epic gaffes, I don't know how many people really hold a grudge against him for his (on-field) errors. I just laugh at those now.Illini88228;3924479 said:Jackie Smith, Leon Lett, and Patrick Crayton all say "Yes, fans do hold a grudge, sometimes for a long time."

It also depends on the person's attitude. Barron laughing and chumming it up with opposing players makes it impossible for me to forgive his holding call.

I guess from my coaching experience.
Physical mistakes don't bother me at all, part of the game.
But mental mistakes drive me crazy.

I think he was asking if you personally hold a grudge....not what other fans think.Illini88228;3924479 said:Jackie Smith, Leon Lett, and Patrick Crayton all say "Yes, fans do hold a grudge, sometimes for a long time."
