Game Day Menu Thread

Been off the bottle for ~two weeks or so, trying to undo the damage I’ve done over the past few months. Been pulling “two a days” at the gym, eating healthy, etc.

Today I’m compromising, work out was followed by protein shake and bowl of brown rice with lemon juice. Two bottles of red wine throughout the afternoon with a 20 egg white, “omelette” with nothing it it. Grilled chicken wraps tonight with bleu cheese and some nice high sodium, salty buffalo sauce.
Mesquite smoked baby back ribs ..st Louis ribs. Pork and venison sausage...t- bone steaks..corn on the cob...potato salad...Pinto beans..half chickens
 
Tonight will be some turkey burgers with pepper jack cheese topped with pickles and my homemade BBQ sauce and some sweet potato fries.
