My wife is making baked salmon with dirty rice and steamed vegies. Not my favorite, but I'll eat it.
Good chance my mother-in-law will come by, as she often does on Sundays. Hope she doesn't come empty handed.

I love me some dirty rice. Like to get a little crust going on the bottom of the pan with that stuff.
