If you are not familiar with sous vide, I highly recommend you check it out. It perfectly cooks a steak to the perfect temperature...kills all bacteria without overcooking...and the steak melts like butter in your mouth...check it out.

I appreciate you like steak the way you like it. But to give you perspective, I had a friend who worked at Manny's steakhouse (look it up) the head chef there said that if someone ordered a steak medium we'll, that guaranteed he would give them the worst piece of meat he had just so he wouldn't waste a quality piece of meat on someone who didn't appreciate how a steak should taste.Don't think I haven't tried steak that wasn't well done. I'm not an idiot. I recognize probabilities, numbers, and trends. The vast majority of people that love steak eat it on the red side. Which is probably why I don't love steak, and only like it. Most people that eat steak well done or close to it don't love steak. But the taste of the steak on the redder side is appalling to me. So I have to have it almost well done in order to consume it. Sometimes I dream of my past life as a turkey buzzard, and consider eating the steak bloody, but then I think better of it.
Add some slow rendered hot breakfast sausage to that and you have nachos supreme my friend.Just finished having omelets for breakfast. Going to nuke some velveta & Rotel dip for the chips during the game.

Of course. This is why I never order a steak at any restaurant. I'll order something else much cheaper. Keep your steak. I've known this since I was in my teens over 30 years ago.
