One of the big reasons I want to get a house at my next duty location is so I can have a grill and a smoker on back porch. Really want to smoke some meat sometimes, especially stuff like pork shoulder, brisket, etc.

Yea, it is nice. Sundays are good for slow cooking on the Webber™. I picked mine up at a yardsale for $20 bucks 2 years ago. I read up on it at the BBQ brethren message board. Nothing better then food cooked over hot wood coals.

Yes but there is kind of an art to it, You have to do it precisely as I laid it out. If you don't let it sit and soak up all the juice you'll wind up with soggy chips. The chips need to go in after all the juice has been soaked into the noodles. They act kind of like croutons.

Going with the homemade chicken nachos again, spicy garlic wings and jalapeño poppers.

I'm always jealous of the culinary skills of these posters. I usually just grill a peanut butter/jelly sandwich.

Still waiting for pics. I still eat ramen...not because its cheap, but because I like it and it is versatile. I don't know about melted-boiled cheese though.
