oh mr Jack--- i so love chili...is it the spicey gut flaming kind?...love good ol Texas gut rippin chili..even though i live in California

@Tabascocat has it right......it certainly has a bite but probably wimpy for TX standards. Ground beef, diff color bell peppers, onions, plumb tomatoes, black/cannellini/kidney beans, cilantro corn and a mix of spices for heat.......we like it and I can usually pass on the tums!

Sounds great. Serve it over spaghetti noodles sometime. A friend of mine had me try it, I thought he was crazy. Pretty tasty.
