Game day Menu

Doing pasta today manolo: with chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, spinach. Mixing one jar of red sauce with two jars of alfredo, all topped with mozzarella and garlic bread on the side. Oh yeah it’s going down. Just gotta look in the pantry to see what type of pasta I have, probably rigot or penne...

Smoking some ribs, sausage and whole cauliflower with jerk seasoning. Hopefully later tonight the Cowboys will smoke the texans while I'm getting smoked on Wild Turkey:)

Let's Go Cowboys! :flagwave:
At least you're doing pork, beef could be mighty risky. The menu has to take into consideration the indigenous character of it and both cities can claim BBQ, mainly beef though, Chili and Tex-Mex. I see you have safely skirted the issue by not cooking any skirt steak.

Good games on today!!!! Feeling a bit lazy so the wife is going to pick up some wings at Wing Barn. I love the garlic parmesan!! Go Cowboys!!!!!
What's on your plate?

Garlic Parmesan at Wing Stop are pretty good. And their Cajun.
I haven't been there for a good year or more, maybe close to 2 years. Almost stopped the other day. Now I may need to take a trip there.

But right now I have no idea what is on the menu. Probably some type of chicken though.

Well, since I can't exercise and am not going to give up drinking to lose some lbs, the only thing left is to get the carbs down. I did the Atkins when it first came out and created a dish that satisfied my craving for pizza, Fakizza, crust less pizza.

So, I am going with a Olive Garden style salad, the best thing they do, and Fakizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, green and red pepper, onion and cherry tomatoes. Already cooked the sausage. Sautee very lightly the onions, peppers, shrooms and tomatoes because this will not cook at the heat level a real pizza would. Toss everything together with freshly shredded mozzarella and top with provolone in a baking dish and bake at 350 until the cheese is all gooey, hit it with the broiler to get a little crust on that provolone and hit that with some crushed red pepper and grated Parmesan and Romana and that's as close as I can get to the real deal.

Coach, I'm glad you got this up as I was getting ready to put one up as a fill in. It ain't a game without your menu thread.
