Game day Menu

Chicken nuggets with BQ sauce and steak fries...and I'm sitting down to a Cowboys victory and looking forward to sharing Thanksgiving Victory with all of you on Thursday.

I have to take my Son, John, to kidney dialysis at ten, but his son will be staying with him...and I'll be able to watch the game this time.

Yesterday, we bought John and his wife a new car for their trips to Dialysis every week. She just got out of the hospital from a complete hysterechtomy. She can't drive just yet...but we'll be sharing supper after the game is over.

Gonna make some skins and spinach-artichoke dip in the slow cooker to eat during the game.

Then for dinner I'm going to have some homemade meatball subs. Already made and baked off the meatballs last night so hopefully I'll be able to throw it together quickly. Lord knows I'll need something simple after all the beer I plan on drinking today. Let's hope it's out of celebration and not misery lol.

Love meatball subs...usually add in some chipped steak with a spicy cheese, pepperjack. I enjoy them with black olives and jalapenas on board.

Was in NYC Friday and Saturday for the Irish THUMPING of Syracuse @ Yankee stadium yesterday and got back late last night. Have not had time yet to think about food. Gimme about 3 hours to figure that out (but it will be something that I do not have to make)

The little turds got to my lunch before I could make it back to pick it up.....
