Gonna make a late breakfast. Eggs over easy, slice if ham and some hashbrowns. Nice and simple. Go Cowboys! What's on your plate?

Pot roast. Won’t be done until the forst quarter of the late games. Low and slow. (Yesterday for the -very disappointing- CFB Playoffs, I smoked some cornish game hens).

Turkey Gumbo. Nothing like a good ole slow cooker cookin right on to game time. Instead of shrimp...TURKEY. Had to do something with the leftover turkey from the Holidays lol. Its already smelling amazing.

Not sure what she's got in mind for tonight. No leftovers because we just got back from visiting the kids for Christmas.

hmmmm ham...candy. In my Homer Simpson voice. Man THAT SOUNDS MOUTH WATERING. We finally finished off the leftover ham..now we are workin on the turkey leftovers.
