Made a big pot of tomato sauce (gravy) loaded with hot and sweet sausage, some short ribs and another piece of fatty beef.
Gonna make some rigatoni and gnocchis. Have a couple of nice loaves of fresh Italian bread.

just got in from dove hunting. the cold front that blew thru texas and brought 40 degree temps Friday and Saturday morning also pushed down thousands of northern dove into the area. so it's dove for dinner. texas style, argentine style. buen provecho, caballeros.
