Going all Carolina today. I considered pulled pork but it’s an early game and too hard to get done, plus I wanted a brunch theme. Going instead with shrimp and grits with mimosas. I’ve got 14 gulf shrimp, a half block of grated cheddar, half pound of diced bacon, and two large diced jalapeños about to drop in a Lodge cast iron skillet.

Making Texas Cheesesteak sandwiches. Sliced brisket with grilled onions, bell peppers, poblanos, jalapenos and some melty pepper jack cheese on top. Also got some chips and hot sauce, jalapeno kettle chips and ice cold Shiner Bock to go with it.
