Small Greek salad, a turkey and stuffing frozen dinner and an Aussie beef and potato pie in lieu of Yorkshire pudding. Real alcoholic eggnog, the milk of human kindness. Hard to cook a roast turkey dinner with trimmings from my younger days when you're by yourself. Too much food would go to waste. Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, roast beef, sweet potatoes and yams, and feeling a little 'crabby' so that goes into the green been casserole with crab, sausage links, string green beans, onions, and mushroom soup...the specialty dish just for the Miami occasion! Hawaiian rolls with butter and peach tea.

We have a fridge-worth of leftovers from our annual Christmas party, starting with a selection of smoked elk, bison and salmon; all kinds of side dishes and desserts. Whatever is left goes to the local shelter later today.

Well we have family Christmas Eve at my house all my siblings nieces and nephews coming over at 3:00... It will be a Dallas cowboy game watching slash Christmas Eve nontraditional food day...

we're having a Hispanic Christmas... Seems nobody wanted to do a Turkey or a ham or lasagna, so we're going against the grain.

So, we're having Pork tamales with red sauce and everything that goes with them....
