Well since the boys are in the south figured some Cajun cuisine sounded good today. Ordering from the local Boo Rays around halftime. At least we should have an entertaining back and forth game. Tanking for Genty! Go Cowboys!

I caught a 35-lb Cubera snapper yesterday. About half the weight is delicious edible meat, so some meat was cut into 6-oz fillets for the grill while the rest becomes fish tacos. Pepper-seasoned gators bits and hot dogs are for the grill too. Corn on the cob, roast asparagus, assorted junk munchies, and Key Lime pie. Today is a true NFCE day at the house, with eight people today repping Dallas, Philly, NY, and Washington. I'll be rocking my Staubach jersey as usual.
