Funny enough, we are having the same thing. It includes prosciutto, burrata cheese, arugula, toast, salami, nuts, etc.First game!!! Been on a diet and light workout plan for the last 3 months. My doctor told me every 5 pounds I lose, takes 100 pounds of stress off my knees and back, lost 28 pounds, feel pretty good, so being a night game gonna keep it light. Wife is making a fruit, meat and cheese thing. The fancy ones around here call it a charcuterie board, I call it meat, cheese and fruit on a paper plate. Either way, Go Cowboys and Salud!!!
They make good Jerky too!! I killed my first one with a machete when I was 12. Almost stepped on it, I froze, let him simmer down and then I chopped it's head off. It squirmed for about a minute without a head. Freaked me out, got back to camp, my uncle took it, skinned it and went town. We left a few days later, he came to town and brought us some jerky. Good stuffThree friends and I just got back yesterday from horse back riding in the foothills of Sandia Mountian and we killed two rattlesnakes along the way.
Around four o'clock we are going to grill them up with some corn on the cob and some fried taters and a few beers. Good stuff.
I say the same thing all the time...back in the day we called it a meat n cheese platter etc.First game!!! Been on a diet and light workout plan for the last 3 months.
