@Cas2800 sent me 2 tickets to the Colts at Cowboys game.

I'll post pics in the next post but since I analyze everything, I thought I would give a short analysis of attending the game.

My plan was take take my 10 year old nephew who is a huge sports fan but he couldn't go at the last minute so I took my Girlfriend who is a Green Bay Packers fan. She threatened to wear Packers garb but didn't. I wore the Marion Barber Jersey she gave me years ago.

This was the 2nd time that I've been to JerryWorld. The Tickets were 1st row, level 4, mid-field. These tickets have the best possible view of Jerry's TV. Basically dead-center both horizontally and vertically.

The 1st row 4th level seats are 1000x times better than the back row 3rd level seats that I sat in before.

I figured the game would be 1/2 or 1/3 attended and therefore the traffic and parking wouldn't be a big deal; however, about 10 miles out the traffic became stop and go. I thought that was odd and I said the Rangers must be playing. It turns out the Rangers were indeed playing which makes things interesting because they normally use the same parking lots.

Once in the game it was indeed about 1/2 full and fairly relaxed.

I apologize to any purists, but I watched Jerry's TV more than the field. The details are incredible. I thought my High-Def TV at home was as good as it gets in terms of detail, but when the players are bigger on the screen than in real life, you feel like your on the field about 10 feet away. About mid-game my GF said "That won't fit in the house" as she saw me fixated on Jerry's TV. I do think that Jerry's TV has an aspect ratio issue. The players look a little wide relative to my TV or the All-22 on my computer.

The crowd was loud early on. Many departed early so it was not as loud later.

I kept reaching for the remote to rewind plays. :)

You can also see the cheerleaders in more detail that ever before on Jerry's TV.

There is some section of seating that they show occasionally that looks like college cheerleaders or something. There are some guys with them. I'm curious if that's a regular thing or if they were just all attending the game together.

You definitely have to watch the field instead of the TV on 3rd or 4th down because they show those dorky guys with Cowboy hats screaming at the camera leading up to and after the snap on 3rd/4th down.

If you have young kids I think preseason games would be better for them than regular season games. The atmosphere is more relaxed and the kids don't know the difference. A kid behind us was having a blast.

Thanks again to Cas2800 for the tickets.
Shame shame...my 10 year old would have loved it more than your GF:)

Tickets for Preseason games go for about $20, mine are on sale for $25, so it's a lame excuse to use wanting Free tickets as an excuse to go to a game.

"girlfriend" - yeah right! We all know you mean a cardboard cutout of your favorite celebrity. You post too much on the Zone to meet girls!

Why even sell them? Giving them to someone who has never been to a game is more enjoyable then the 25.00.

The tickets cost $85 so discounting them 70% seems more than fair/charitable.

He is 10 but I think his Mom made up an excuse because she figured I would corrupt him. She probably thinks I'll take him to a strip club.
It's good to be the Funcle.........Fun Uncle......you get to send them home to get discipline

At least he posted pics and a summary of how the game went. Proof that he didn't scalp them. X is a great poster and I'm not saying he would've done that.... but this is the internet after all.

@Cas2800 come in here and get more likes brotha.
Scalping preseason tickets is like trying to sell a half eaten whataburger, not many takers
