Odd that Buck/Aikman are doing Chi/Indy - an absolute horror of a game. Why not Denver/ATL or at leasr Wash/Bmore?

I'm sure most of you know this but NFL Mobile is free for Verizon Wireless customers. I watched most of the 49er game on my phone while at Disney World and I used their wifi so it didn't use a bunch of data.

I looked at the schedule and determined there were only 4 games I wouldn't get and this week was one of them. I'm getting it so there are only three. Glad I passed.

Same here in Green Bay. I think I am only going to not get 3 games on TV with a questionable one late in the year. This is when I wish we could get games on a game by game basis. I would fork over $25 per game if it where game by game.

Can someone explain to me why Philly/Detroit would be shown in the California market instead of Denver?

MWTP, I live in the Commanders home market. Every year when the schedules come out I compare the boys to the skins to see which weeks they play at the same time and what network has the rights. If they are the same 5 or more games I will get the ticket, less than 5 I will either go to a bar or try the Kodi box. I have not needed the ticket for the last few years and have watched every game.
I have had the NFLT for 16 years, but am ready to go your route. I seem to always get about 12 of 16 games here in Missouri, so I can get creative for the 4 or so games that don't get televised. I just don't care for the sports bar scene, which is why I have resisted up to now. I'm about ready to change that, though.

For the same reason that Oak/SD is being shown in Missouri? (IOW, sometimes there is no good reason...it is what it is). Sorry, that's the best explanation I can come up with.:)

Actually a good part of the time I don't mind Nantz and Simms.

But man, it is great we don't have Bucky Joe and his side kick companion Boy TrOY.
Maybe because I'm such a Cowboys homer, but Troy has never bothered me that much in the booth. Probably because he is a former Cowboy and I ignore some of the dumb stuff he says? I really don't know.

Troy most of the time is decent, but it is the smart arse comments Bucky Joe makes against us or how he calls plays that shows bias. but Troy goes out of his way so much as not to sound like a homer it works the opposite way to most fans.
Troy needs to step up and say something back to Bucky Joe when he does this.

You never, ever heard Summerall and Madden be this way. Or most other announcers either. Just these 2 current A team guys.

Me too. Iv'e been lucky this year bc I ditched Sunday ticket and Direct TV and set-up an antenna. I've been able to watch every Cowboys game thus far.

The NFL mobile add won't use your data with Verizon, FYI.

I had to bite the bullet and buy Sunday Ticket this season, after going last year without it (having it for the previous two years).

I wasn't having it, missing Dak and Zeke was not an option. So far, my investment looks like a winner, and even if we falter, knowing that I get to see these two rook's development is priceless. Add to that Mo's exceptional play, and Byron's sophomore season, I'm stoked for my decision (and Romo's potential return).

I live in (now) Ram country. Before the Rams moved back here, I could count on 11-13 Cowboy games a year, so it made it harder to pay the $350 for Sunday Ticket.

But then I called DIRECTV, and as a loyal customer, and as cord cutters are cutting heavily into their profits, they gave me Sunday ticket for $120. I didn't have to threaten them, or sign a new contract. I jumped on it. As a football junky, I'm back to my Sunday heaven.

I watch a lot of Raider games, too, so that won't change as they get aired out here in LA LA land as well, and I follow them somewhat closely... but I wasn't having it, being subjected to a boring Rams team (their record be damned) for a whole season. Their move cut into a ton of the Fox airings of Cowboys games in the LA market.

I also can't do those streams, although Reddit's are solid at times (I used them for at least one preseason game, and a few last year, as I didn't have my Ticket). Still, not worth the anxiety of not knowing if I'm gonna lose my stream halfway through a game, while Dak drives or Zeke gashes, or Lee makes that critical tackle.

Yeah, I would understand if it was thought to be a good game. But with the way Ryan and Julio just played and Denver playing well you would think they would get the most draw. Sometimes I just don't understand the people who run Fox and CBS on the NFL side.

Perhaps because the Chiefs rivals are playing. I noticed here in DC that if the skins and Cowboys aren't playing, they will show another NFC East team in its place. They do the same thing for the NFC South in the Southeast. Just a theory though.

I live in Kansas and we are AFC West territory like you are. If you notice we get the Chiefs as top priotity, then Denver, then Oakland and finally San Diego. Games shown are determined by road teams and with a AFC team determining our fate this week we get AFC West over some other division. And this week we don't get the Cowboys so off to BWW or Hooters for me I suppose.

You may be onto something there. I had not thought of that angle.

BWW is awesome, Big Dog! Those mango habanero wings -- heaven!!! I mellow it out with their bacon cheddar fries, but the little one usually eats them faster than his dad can get his paws on them :)

You can always come to my house...I get the ticket and you are welcome! (I live near Springfield...but I can't compete with Hooters!) :)
