Austin Reaches 10
Miles Austin finished with 71 yards to give him 999 receiving yards on the season. He also notched his 10th touchdown of the year to make him just the seventh different Cowboys receiver to reach 10 scores in a year. His 10 touchdowns marked the fourth consecutive season the Cowboys have had a pass catcher with at least 10 touchdowns, the only club in the league to accomplish that feat during the last four years.
Romo Rating High
Tony Romo finished game with a quarterback rating of 111.7, marking his third straight game with a rating of over 100.0, the second time this season he has had such a streak. It also ties his second-longest streak of games with a 100.0 rating-or-better. Romo now has seven games this season with a rating over 100.0 to tie the second-most in a season in his career (2008). He had 10 games with over 100.0 in 2007. For his career, he now has 29 games with a rating over 100.0. With his two touchdown passes, he has thrown a touchdown pass in nine consecutive games, the third-longest streak of his career. He also has gone three straight games without throwing an interception, attempting 122 consecutive passes without an interception for the second-longest interception-free streak of his career. The native Texan, who grew up a Cowboys fan, has now hit double-digits in touchdowns for nine consecutive years, a record. The score also gave Tomlinson 136 touchdowns for his career, which began in 2001. That tied Emmitt Smith for the most rushing touchdowns during one decade in NFL?history.
