Sims is terrible but the coaches love him for some reason. Looks like he'll be here to stay

I like Sims, but not at the expense of Carter and he should've been benched after his play in the first half it was the worst game I've seen by Sims in his 2 years here.

16. Everett Brown. Made 2 pretty good plays in his first game with Dallas (first game in a long time). I hope he can get into good shape and produce.
17. Enough with the run fakes. The run fakes are faking out NOBODY.

One thing for me: I would like to see Romo run more (if its safe). Even if he gets 1-2yds and slides. It's just something defenses have to account for. What I saw was what I've seen the last few weeks: Teams either settling for man coverage and bringing pressure w/ extra guys, or 3/4man front and LBs dropping back to take away the intermediate passes/routes.

I don't want/expect Romo to be running for 15yds, but just move the ball forward enough so that it does make a defense committ a guy to looking for it. If you're not gonna run the RBs, do this.

I am concerned we haven't had enough discussion about how the refs are out to get us - and only us.

Triplette definitely hates us,you can see the glee in his face while calling us for penalties.

What I don't understand is all of the switching of players. Murray looked angry on the sidelines... the guy was tearing it up in the run game and yet we stopped running. I'm glad we won at the end, but we really need an OC who will bring in his own system. The talent here is being severely underutilized.

Hmm obviously I'm not real thrilled with this win. It's fouls goal, and I'm not happy with this gameplan at all. 10 carries is unacceptable period. It's a complete joke. I don't have a problem throwing the ball but you need to run the ball and just run it to run it. I mean run good play designed run plays. Randle got hurt and obviously something wasn't right with Murray. But for Dunbar to only carry the ball 2 times and in plays that are not his strength is concerning. It's like this coaching staff isn't aware of the situation and who is on the field 50 pennies.

You know this has been my complaint all season. We were tricked into thinking a more balanced gameplan was on the way (for obvious reasons), only to be hoodwinked week in and out. Running is a neccessity for this team to be consistent but it's an afterthought to JJ, Garrett, romo and callahan. All for one purpose, to prove that THEY ALL CAN WIN A SB WITH THE PASS CUZ ITS A SO CALLED PASSING LEAGUE! The philosophy is flawed and every week gives us another examples of how flawed THEIR "PASSING IS OUR STRENGTH" philosophy is.

I don't subscribe to the be happy with a close win over a 1-7 team theory. I want a SB & this team screams one and done with a back-in to a playoff berth. This is not a game by game proposition for me, it's a totality prop and the total makeup of this team is awful from top to bottom.

Having Sims start over Carter was strange. They must feel that Carter is not giving 100% in practice or in learning the scheme/game-plan.

IMO, Carter is clearly the better player.

1. DeMarco Murray and the run game neglected again!
2. Deficiencies mostly stem from a poor passing game plan
- Pass drops
- Penalties
- Sacks taking us out of scoring range
- Etc
3. Defense is decimated with injury, but plays with heart!
4. Media needs to take Garrett to task on his wanting a more balanced offense after a game when the margin didn't dictate 50+ passes from beginning to end of game.
5. Ware is the fakest leader as the face of a unit
6. Romo must have a pitch count (don't ignore his faulty INT)
7. Time to divorce Garret and romo completely
8. Ernie Sims fake intensity and missed tackles are a liability to Carter's development.
9. We can run the ball effectively if given a chance
10. Took a miracle to reach his 2nd 300-yard pass game vs a 30th tanked, yes tanked defense!
11. Austin is no longer needed, Beasley and Harris plus Williams are sufficient enough
12. The more Romo passes, the closer Dallas gets to losing
13. Brandon Carr is overpaid and another example of why JJ needs to fire himself

15. This season Was over before it started when the gameplans were centered around a $100M QB that has little respect as a leader in the Cowboys locker room!

I can go with 14 of the 15...not sure about the last one. DEFINITELY AGREE with the 14th one!!! WOW!!! (by the way...11 was know when Robinson played here).

I am embarrassed for our team - we only will get one more bad team this year - IMO maybe the only win
