Last season, this team ran the ball to set up the pass. Going by last night, which I admit is a small sample, we might see them passing the ball to set up the run. I know that both Giants' TDs were scored after receiver mistakes, but when the game was on the line, the team was able to pass up & down the field. All three TDs were catches. The backs ran for 80 yards while averaging a mere 3.47 yards. Passing first would force defenses to back off the eighth man in the box, softening them up to run better on 2nd & 3rd downs.
