O.K. To the point - O line which all the experts saye is top shelf... To me was average in the first half.
D line was slightly above average.

Now this season does not look like any chance for playoffs.
So maybe Steven Jones do this:
Restructure Romo, so the CAP hit is not a killer, and trade him to the Rams.
Get from the Rams three number 2 picks.
The first 2 number 2 picks would accelerate to number 1's if Rams make it to the playoffs.
If the Rams go to playoffs in this year next year’s number 2 becomes a number 1.
If Rams go to the playoffs in 2015 then that number 2 goes to a number 1 and the last number 2 pick moves back to a number 3 pick.

Is there any QB in the league that would warrant three second round picks?

Dolphins Defensive line is very good.

They definitely will be a top D-line in the NFL.

Vernon-Starks-Odricks-Wake is very good and will give many O-Lines fits during the year. Especially if Dion Jordan ever gets his **** together.

So, if the Offensive line looked average, I'll take it.

Seen a headline where Rams may be interested in Sanchez.
Now I'm not sure why, but I'm only concerend that they will over pay in desperation, and the Eagles will get some high draft picks.

Maybe we can offer up Weeden....

Amazing how quickly one can pull the ripcord on a season
May pull ripcord on this season but set up team to move up in draft for QB next year.
If you really thing we make playoffs with this defense......

Not playing Madden. Playing reality.
If you think we go to playoffs and wins games.... Your reality is slightly altered from mine.
I just want to get the picks. Move up in Draft and get QB of our future.

If you were playing Reality you would not bring up the UNrealistic idea of trading Romo this year because you would know it is not doable for cap reasons.

So No...you are not playing Reality. Of course his reality is different from yours...because his is based in actual reality where yours is based in fantasy football where trades happen without considering the cap.

I'm sure the Rams are just dying to trade multiple Day 1/Day 2 picks for a 34 year old QB with a bad back and $100M contract.

You have to have some understanding of the cap if you're going to propose trades in the NFL. The cap is the reason that you don't see that many big trades anymore or like the big trades in other sports.

Cap aside, Jerry the sales/marketing guy would never do it.

I'm not totally against the concept of tanking a season and trying to get something in return for older players, but it would never happen even if it made good football sense.

Even if a team did consider a move like this, it wouldn't happen at this point in the season. If a team like the Cowboys started the season at 0-4 or something, then some teams in that situation might consider it.
