the thread about drinks was cool so I thought I change it up a bit.
I know most people go with steaks, chicken, burgers, chips, dip ect on gameday.
Name some off the wall snacks or recipes that you use on sunday's.
I'll go with Elote en Vaso. There are alot of different ways to go with "Corn in a cup" but I'll share with you mine.
You'll need
Can of corn
cayenne pepper
salt
lemons
mayo
Heat up corn and put in a bowl. Drain excess water. Add mayo cayenne pepper and salt to your liking. I put a few tablespoons of mayo, a bit of salt and a ton of cayenne pepper because I love hot food. Sprinkle some lemon juice on top and enjoy. ( NOTE Some people love tons a mayo, some a ton of salt. I know alot of peopel use chili powder instead of cp or that sprinkle grated cheese on top as well. Experiment )
Now if you can grill corn on the cob, or even boil some its even better. You just spread the mayo on it and sprinkle cp lemon and salt on it. You will find this from street vendors in L.A., south texas, MEXICO or places where alot of ppl with brown skin live :laugh2: .
( I'm brown myself don't get it twisted )
