Well I just finished a 3lb ham shank cooked in a pineapple and brown sugar glaze. Added pineapple rings, cloves, and some cherries to add to the flavors.

After cutting the ham will use the bone to cook my green beans with.

Lastly will cook a few strips of applewood bacon and add to some homemade mash potatoes.
