Gameday meal

I was gonna say, why is the game day thread here today??? :)

my only issue today is that both Mrs Pants family meal and Pants family meal are both at 4:00pm (neither at my house)....YIKES!!!

Going away from any traditional meals, or even any big meals at all. Keeping it simple. There will be 5 of us at the house.
Having manwiches and some sides.
Easy to make, easy to clean up. Not over filling either.

I may even have a Mountain Dew instead of water.

Yes I also am having the traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings, though it almost became a pizza dinner.

Almost became one of those fools on youtube with a flying turkey disaster that catches the yard on fire after lowering the turkey into the fryer.

Guessing the insides weren't completely thawed. Word to the wise, keep the beer frosty not the bird when deep frying.....

Have a happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Turkey is in the oven. Mashed and sweet potatoes, corn, green beans, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and fresh baked rolls are on the menu. Apple, pumpkin, and lemon crumb pie, as well a pudding, are for dessert. Whipped cream is freshly made at home. Beer and wine are ready for consumption...I'm testing a Blue Moon as I type.

Go Boys!!!! If we win the Eagles can't clinch the division this week...not that it matters much, but what the hell, right?
