Being Christmas Eve no meat is allowed. So I will be serving a linguine with scallops and shrimp with a white wine reduction. Alongside some fingerling potatoes and rapini (broccoli rabe) for the non Canadians here

We’ll follow that up with ribeye steaks grilled out with several sides.

And of course there will be plenty of wine and beer to go around.
