We are having similar pork steaks with mashed potatoes and gravy, buttered rolls.

She's been gone 9 years, but my wife took the time to learn how to cook all my favorite meals.....my dad loves to come over because my wife makes all of my moms favorite meals.....down to homemade tortillas....still brings a tear to my eye....I miss her and I appreciate my wife....

Making a pot of Split Pea soup, with some salt pork and ham, also like throwing in a few carrots and taters. Also making some brats to go with it and a couple Shiner Bocks.

BTW...my wife was a valedictorian and Honors graduate at the University of Texas and she still makes homemade tortillas! Top that! Lol
