Pot roast is the best.

My moms was asking at thanksgiving what we should have for Christmas dinner. Already have tamales lined up for Christmas Eve. Ham is always a given. We decided on pot roast as the additional meat. It’s great and simple. No need for all that prime rib and rib roasts.
