since I get the game later due to time zones here in Scotland, Sunday roast dinner.........Chicken, roast potatoes, roast beetroot. ( Proper gravy too from chicken stock I reduced down and froze from the last roast)

I need to also let the wife know some furniture rearrangement is required as the other TV will need moved in my living room so I can watch the World Cup final at the same time - wish we luck with that!

Nachos with a sprinkle of habanero from the garden, have been hit or miss as to their spiciness, a hit not far removed from our ghost pepper to give you some idea. Not looking forward to our winter weather in Big D later this week. Go Cowboys and do not force anything on the gridiron. Happy Holidays zoners, what a great position we are in this year.

Grilling Burgers over charcoal while having a great time with grandchildren. I have two weeks off and their is nothing better than family, food and my Dallas Cowboys.

We have cooked extra bacon with breakfast and have already played a football game outside. A great start thus far. I love the early games, and a Christmas eve game in a week.

We have even toasted a few marshmallows. A trick that I have learned is to dip strawberries in fluff, then hold over the hot coals then drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup. Absolutely incredible.

Game time will include Old No7.
