OK back to the usual today. The Break of champions!!!

For the rest of the day, it will be my wifes award winning chili over pasta. If you know what Cincinnati style chili is, she fixes it that way. There is a strong possibility today will be a weight gain day. Lol.

Ive said it many time....you eat breakfast like a teenager.

Went fishing yesterday and caught seven mangrove snapper and three mahi mahi, so we get snapper and mahi mahi fillets on the grill to go along with some burgers. Also caught five sheepshead off my dock early this morning, so they are turning into fish tacos. All NFCE teams will be represented at the house today, as well as one very sad Jets fan. Eight fellow football fans will be watching the game here.

Sheepshead = return to sender. LOL

Well, this used to be a special one. Growing up, my best friend was a Skins fans...we had a few friendly fights. Last two years, before I got married, I bloodied his skull on a light post, then doused him with charcoal starter fluid and chased him around with a lighter! Lol!!! Good times, we still laugh at that one, when we see each other!!! In his honor, I'm making some homemade burgers on the grill with bacon wrapped onion rings. Learned that one on here from @viman96 a few years ago.

I had to eliminate sugary food and drinks from my diet, and also cut down on beer and other alcohol.

Some of the best tasting fish around. Mostly bones, but you can get filets off of them that are hard to beat.

Today I cooked for an event, so we will have ribs, meatloaf and Kielbasa plus a whole lot of bourbon
