My wife and I went to an Eagles concert at a, sold out, Alamodome, back in the 90's..appropriately, it was the When Hell Freezes Over, tour.....I still won't root for the Eagles, when that happens!! A lot of back and forth on here lately, but whether we say it or not, I know ALL of us want to beat the crap out of the Eagles. Won't have much of an appetite for this one, gonna have a big breakfast as my gameday meal. Get 3 bean tamales, cut them in about 1 inch pieces, fry them till a bit crunchy, add a couple of scrambled eggs, sprinkle in a little cheese and salsa, serve with a hash brown and a buttered flour tortilla! What's on your plate? Go Cowboys!!

A winter Texan at South Padre Island, told me about that once....I was partially Raised in Mexico and a Winter Texan from Michigan told me about that!! Lol...it's pretty damn good.

The entire NFCE crew is getting together today, along with our sad Jets fan buddy. Thanks to a fruitful day of fishing, today's main course is a wonderful SW Florida meal of grilled blackened mahi mahi filets, AND the addition of mahi mahi buffalo nuggets. We caught enough fish to supply us with three pounds of nuggets and 22 filets. The wife is making a large spinach salad and the rest of the crew is supplying the libations and assorted junk food. Temps in Naples today should be a bit cooler today, reaching 80 degrees. Plenty of sunshine and football today!

Thanks to a fruitful day of fishing, today's main course is a wonderful SW Florida meal of grilled blackened mahi mahi filets, AND the addition of mahi mahi buffalo nuggets. We caught enough fish to supply us with three pounds of nuggets and 22 filets. The wife is making a large spinach salad and the rest of the crew is supplying the libations and assorted junk food. Temps in Naples today should be a bit cooler today, reaching 80 degrees. Plenty of sunshine and football today!

Cooper Sharp American is the cheese preferred by many. A few like provolone as well. Thankfully, someone from Philly moved to Naples and opened a real cheesesteak place here. He gets rolls shipped from Philly twice a week. The bread is absolutely key!

We're a bunch of Northeast and Midwest transplants that ended up in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, and Estero. Our Bengals, Packers, and Steelers fans are out of town for a while.

I started the Smirnoff and Stella Artois diet early. Probably some steak fingers and onion rings from a local place here in ABQ called Mac's Steak in the rough.
