Gameday Menu

Hanging some Wagu Dogs from the Onlyfire Smoker attachment and trying to smoke some Peach and Cream fresh corn at the same time...if it works........I will be the new king of the grill in Canada
To be declared grill king of Canada you will have to smoke an entire Caribou as well as out-jump Larry the Enticer with a 1980's snowmobile drunk on Busch beer......good luck my friend.

I'm home alone for a week, so I'm on my own tonight. Gonna order a meat lovers pizza, extra sausage. Have some tonight and some in the morning with a fried egg on top!
What's on your plate?
Go Cowboys and Salud!!!
Sirloin burger soup and a bottle of Yuengling lager.

...I made Pizza yesterday, so today I'm making cream of potato soup, w/ bread rolls.

Jerry will be over 6pm. So gotta get this place in shape. ;)..

I’ll check. They like the halloumi (squeaky) cheese here. It is everywhere. The butter is next level. So creamy and always spreadable. Eating way more bread over here mostly because the butter is so good.
I miss the Finnish Rye. That stuff is crazy good with their butter.

I just had some grilled flounder at a seafood place in Fort Worth, is that good enough for the "game day menu" thread?

Too bad there is no BBQ forum in here; this cook would have the Texans in the forum quite jealous.

It would make an excellent sub-forum. These lads from Texas can bring the heat.

The only problem i forsee is the "old school" guys that use traditional wood vs the progressive guys that use the pellet method.......it could go 50+ pages on debating that

Serious question for all you folks:
Why do you watch pre season?
No starters are playing, a lot of dudes who won’t be on the team at the start of the season playing.
My big hope for these games is hoping for no injuries.
Thanks, John
I love football...made a really good living out of it. I like to watch the relationships between coaches and players, players and players.....love to watch new schemes being implemented. My career was cut short during my 7th year, I became a student of the game. That and the phycology of the relationships on the field, the film room, and in the locker room....that's what led to my success. Little nuances that come into play at any age and any level. Did I say, I love the game....

There’s no debate. Real wood is the only way.
