Still too pissed to think about this year,...Im on to next years gameplan already. Probably the best realistic scenario and a damn fine one at that. Gives us some consistency as well....

1.....Bump Philbin up to Offensive Co,...NOT play caller. He has been in this role before for MM. Basically he is helping to install game plans. Moore gone.

2.. MM takes over role as playcaller. He knows the offense and the terminology.

3...Bring in well respected O line coach James Campen. He was MM's O line coach in G.B for a decade and is very good. Will have to give him a title like asst head coach /O line so it isnt a lateral move.

4...1st round pick.....The big Guard from A&M Kenyon Green.

These moves solve a multitude of problems and are easily attainable yet still give us some continuity.

Th big thing is getting Moore OUT and Philbin into a more familiar role. MM can call the plays on offense. Bring in Campen, one of the leagues best and ten year O L coach for MM and things look a whole lot better.

:facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Philbin IS THE REASON why this Oline sucks...

...but let's promote him?

You don't realize this ailing Oline IS WHY this Offense has struggled when it has.

Unbelievable.

He wouldnt be calling the plays, MM would. He would actually be going back to the role he was in most of the time at GB. Basically OC in name only. He would be more about organization and gameplanning.

Which is why the centerpiece of my idea is bringing in OL coach Campen. Philbin must be moved out of the way for that to happen. MM and Philbin go way back together,....bumping him to a title only role which he was used in at Greenbay forever is the easiest way to clear him out for Campen.

Philbin can't even organize or gameplan the Oline correctly all season. I certainly wouldn't put him in charge of the whole Offense.

No. Just fire Joe Philbin.

Problem solved.

You sure it’s not that 40 million dollar deer in the headlights QB?
Dak has made mistakes. So have our RBs, TEs and WRs.

But, our main problem is our Oline.

We can have all the top talent in the world, but if our Oline plays terrible, the surrounding talent won't be able to shine.

He is pretty good in that role if you look at his time in green bay,....MM was the play caller though. Organization and gameplanning. It gets Campen in here and Moore and Philbin OUT.

CAMPEN!

I'm not fully on board with Kellen Moore, but he has led this Offense to the #1 yards and points scoring average this season throughout the NFL.

Still in denial that your boi sucked yesterday?

The loss isn't totally on Dak, but lets get real - he didn't help matters whatsoever. 40 million dollar elite QB's are expected to find ways to win games like that.
I never said he didn't have some bad plays mixed with the good, but Dak wasn't the problem.

That you can't see what truly is the problem tells me all I need to know.
