Basically Im giving Philbin a title without much power as a way to move him out of the way for Campen. Something he did for years in GB. It is the only way IMO because I do not believe MM will fire him.
 
Campen was MM's o line coach for like TEN YEARS! In fact,....if we would have fired Garrett a year earlier and brought in MM right away Campen would already be our O line coach and we wouldnt be talking about this today. THAT and we would have a MUCH BETTER O line.

Uhhh, you don't need to fire your O-Coordinator to bring in a new Oline Coach. You simply fire your current Oline Coach in order to bring in another Oline Coach.

You just want Kellen Moore gone.

That's not happening.

I want BOTH to happen. Moore isnt the guy. He will not commit to the run. He has also been getting absolutely owned by Defensive coordinators for half a season now.
 
Vance Joseph a former head coach covered up his defenses missing pieces playing chess while Moore rarely took any shots downfield .

How did 52 help that running game yesterday people were screaming to get him back as a starter ? He helped with a critical holding penalty wiped out a nice gain.

And last of course was Daks fumble . What separated him in my mind was not committing killer turnovers through the air or turning up field and running . Heck of a play by Simmons a # 1 pick but Dak middle of the field you got to cover up the ball .
 
I want a new o line coach as much as I want Moore gone. In fact,...maybe even a little more.

One can't commit to the run when your Oline can't consistently get a push and open holes for your RBs to run through.
 
MM,s record as a playcaller is much better than Moores. Campens record as and O.L coach towers over Philbins. Put Phulbin back in his more familiar role of breaking down film and being a paper pusher. It is what he is and he is good at it. Filled that role for MM in GB for years as a OC in name only.

WRs weren't getting open, plus our Oline was not giving Dak enough time to see any WRs try to get open deep.

Rewatch the game.

Partially true. You also cant commit to the run if you dont want to. My plan is the best chance we have to do both. Anything short of this will ultimately fail.

So the heralded trio of Coop Cee Dee and Gallup plus Wilson’s speed and not one shot downfield ? If anything with a the Flag happy football league you might draw a flag .

You played right into Joseph’s strategy and yes at 140 on the contract line you have to get that trio the ball . Watch the game . Tons of three and outs just to put the defense right back on the field gassed .

All game long it was pointed out how the DB’s filling in were “ inexperienced “ I’m sorry but yes you have to take advantage of the opponents issues .

Moore has used up all of his excuses. He isnt getting it done. Philbin used his up even earlier. They both need to go.

“Rewatching” the game does nothing to change an offense that was down 22-7 going into the 4th quarter. This is the kind of defense you face in the playoffs not that 56 point lay up drill against the Washington Generals.
 
Dak would look a whole lot better with an improved o line in front of him and a better play caller.

Ironic how you're leaving out all of the reasons why this Offense failed to get going until the 4th quarter.
