I wanted you all to hear it from me 1st before u saw it on the news... I will be signing with the Washington Commanders and I'm very excited about the opportunity in front of me.

I want to thank all Colts fans from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support you've shown me the past 4 years and I hope that at some level u will still follow my career, as I will continue to share my life with you on here...

They're also expected to sign Josh Morgan shortly, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Garcon, who turns 26 before the season, chose Washington over St. Louis. The fit is solid in D.C. in that offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan knows Garcon's strengths and weaknesses from their time competing in the AFC South. Garcon figures to be Robert Griffin's top receiver with the Commanders. His run-after-catch skills suit Shanahans' West Coast offense, though the club will be disappointed if it expects Garcon to emerge as a double team-drawing No. 1 wide receiver. Who got the better deal?

This is classic bird in the hand stuff. Everybody signed the 1st week of Free Agency is basically way overpriced.

This is why it was too bad the Cowboys were prevented by NFL rules from locking up Robinson before FA.
