Twitter: Garibay getting that work in

What do you know?

Garibay plays for the same team?

He takes . . . one kick at a time.

Dude has a huge . . . leg.

Joking aside, we brought in the right kicker.

He could get better on PATs, though.

Garibay's career stats: 161-of-169 (95.2%) on PATs and 38-of-47 (80.9%) on field goals.

For comparison, Martin Gramatica's career stats: 187-of-192 (97.4%) on PATs and 54-of-70 (77.1%) on field goals.

Dan Bailey: 199-of-201 (99%) on PATs and 57-of-72 (79.2%) on field goals.

Important note: Garibay can also punt. He averages 47.8 yards per punt while Anger averages 46.3 yards.

Any possibility Garibay functions as a punter and kicker?

Are we able to cut Anger even though he's on a contract?

Rooting for the guy, hope he is the answer for the next decade. Like how those kicks were close to dead center too.

One of the things I liked about him is that he's a straight kicker, no hook. Hate those hooking kicks.

Ladies and gents, you new kicker for the Dallas Cowboys.

The only question is, where does he fall in my fantasy football kicker ranking?

So far, so good -- here's hoping it continues. I think he'll be one of the biggest bright spots in 2022. :flagwave:
