maybe its just outdated. Its over twenty years old, it consistently fails in the redzone, has become stale and predictable.
It failed for Norv in San Diego as well.

Nothing lasts forever, the Flex got abused the last few years we ran it.

Norv is not the answer at OC.

You can see the difference in offenses like the Cowboys, Chargers, and Lions vs. innovative offenses like the Saints and Packers. You always know the Saints and Packers will get theirs somehow while the Air Coryall teams seem to be shutdown easily.

Romo has been carrying the ship for years. He's made us keep this clown year after year, and kept us from making a change this year by his fantastic play over the last month.

We should be all mad at Romo today. It's his fault that Jerry has any hope whatsoever.

Garret's mentor, Cam Cameron was fired mid year in Baltimore, and it was clearly stated that his offense was outdated.

According to many it's an execution problem.

Having offensive creativity is overrated...

If getting beat by a team that can't pass and won because they could adjust with creative playcalling didn't show some of you the light then there is no hope.
