A fan supports his team or hasn't learned the cruxt of sport...physical challenge and guts. The fan should have at least guts himself.

Laurent Robinson? What exactly did he do again except stopped getting hurt and concussions for one year with Domo? Romo a doctor? :laugh:
 
Schotty by himself is a huge gamble. But they have added some solid coordinators and coaches around him that gives the staff some potential. He appears to be well respected by players and coaches around the league, so I will refrain from judging his performance until we actually get some data points.

IMO— the roster still has a number of holes, an aging and injury prone QB, and a dysfunctional FO that continue to dog any progress and limit the team’s chances whenever they face off against one of the premier teams in the league.

Like the focus on the trenches but some of these guys have a ways to grow before I feel like we have another Tyron, Zack and TFred. 2 going into HOF. TBeard would have too if not for the illness. I’ll take CeeDee over Dez and Parsons over Tank but rather have Romo/Witten instead of Dak/Fergy.

I’m like most of you and will believe it when I see it. I’m done buying the hype machine. Looks promising but been here before, and with a better core for Garrett 1.0.

The problem is the eagles and now the commanders are light years ahead of us and it may take 3 years to be on par

Don't feel that comp..yet. I think Brian is less of an egomaniac. The fact that he brought oline/run game specialist in on day one shows me he knows that he is not the end all when it comes to the run game. He comes off as less of a plastic fraud also.

Man if I hear that Laurent Robinson name one more time….Laurent had injury and concussion issues. He wasn’t a undrafted guy. They talk about him like Romo turned him into Irvin or Rice.

So annoying.
 
Yep definitely.
All the right PC type answers and phrases to lure you in.
I'm gonna first see if it's a merit based TC where the RG, LT and DT1 positions will be my main focus.
After that Ill ride all the way along until post Thanksgiving with the let's give him a chance crowd and then start to judge to see if his words genuinely support his actions. Or will it be just another McCarthy saying things one way but not what actually happened on the field type scenario.
The schedule is brutal and the division is vastly improved.How he handles that adversity will be a key tell for the long term.

I totally agree. The Cowboys have left me jaded. I'm not buying in ahead of time. The new coach is just BS to me. :) See what I did there?

the only difference Garrett had 16 games, we now have 16, so at leat its going to be a lot harder to get to .500!
