The press needs to see this from Tony's pov. It may look weird hanging with the head coach, with Romo not officially gone and being on record as wanting to compete for job. Some who already tend toward negative thinking might think hes trying to undermine Dak.

For the same reason he stayed out of the press while Dak was starting last year, he won't be buddying up to Garrett right now.
Avoid the drama and innuendos.

Nope, didn't listen so that's interesting.

I know some people love press conferences, but I'd rather watch grass grow than listen to Garrett talk about all the "great football players" in the NFL.

Now, if he's explaining who we let off the hook, the audacity of mentioning the playoffs, or why we play the game, I might tune in.

yeah he has all the formulaic answers down now, so he can answer anything with one of his generic answers.
he never really says anything lol

Like Jaylon, he said he works hard, is rkg, and they expect him to participate in all off season and camp activity's.
He is working with the trainers now on his own.
Well we pretty much know all that already.

ON Romo, well I havent talked to tony, and we are evaluating all the players right now including tony.
The team and what is best for the team, and which players can help the team .
JG would make a great politician, but he makes more as a HC who mainly does these PC's.

Got to bring in the right kind of guys to the organization, the combine is just part of the draft process, hasn't talked to any players since most are on vacation this time of year, the guiding principle in everything is what is best for the Dallas Cowboys team, ect....

I would love for some reporter to ask Garrett, "do you think your process is working, 1 playoff win and you are entering yr 8".
