Which in talking to everyone of my raider fan buddies has always been the problem with him. He becomes disinterested then the drops follow. This guy is ready to become Jaylon Smith 2.0 once he gets paid with all his outside business ventures hes planning.

Garretts the Phil Jackson of the nfl. He can't out coach anyone. He's not a xs and os guy. He brings absolutely nothing to the table. It's the same with Phil. He had the goat in Jordan.
