No, he’s just disinterested and lazy
Which in talking to everyone of my raider fan buddies has always been the problem with him. He becomes disinterested then the drops follow. This guy is ready to become Jaylon Smith 2.0 once he gets paid with all his outside business ventures hes planning.

Garretts the Phil Jackson of the nfl. He can't out coach anyone. He's not a xs and os guy. He brings absolutely nothing to the table. It's the same with Phil. He had the goat in Jordan. Jordan coached that team. He had shaq and Kobe in their primes. If he doesnt have the most talented team in the league, he can't win. Garrett's problem is Dak is no Jordan. He's not accurate and never will be. He takes too long to process and won't throw it unless they're wide wide open until garbage time.

Then let him walk. Best players need to be on the most important plays.

Meyer would have had him out there.

Just more confirmation that Garrett is an empty suit as a HC. He doesn't know who is in and who is out of the lineup. His best players are taking themselves out in key moments and killing this team.

Everybody wants to be paid. No one wants to step up and make plays. Story of this team under Garrett.

Weird that all the most important players take themselves out of the game when it matters most.

Coaches need to make these guys play.

These guys have no heart, Zeke and Tank got paid, Amari quit because he didn’t , simple as that.
