Any voice against Jason Garrett, they are out of the team. Looks like the training wheels have come off. Garrett is becoming the Bellichick of NFCE.

When there was a chance, we went with Dak though Romo was ready. Same with hardy, how dare you knock off the clipboard off of a coach's hands.

Now with Dez pointing out the scheme because his numbers were low, he is out. Any voice against coaches or scheme, they will be out of Dallas.

It is clear that on the front side coaches are not given power like discussing injury reports etc. Showman of the Cowboys, Mr. Cowboys aka Jerry Jones takes care of that.

But when football and personnel decisions need to be made, they come through Jason Garrett. He might not be the football genius, but he is still the coach and exerts his power.

Garrett probably found out when we did...he had no say in anything

Garrett is not the Xs and Os equal to Bellichick but when it comes to personnel decisions he is getting there. If they are not the RKG or fit his scheme, they are out of Dallas.

When he started Bryant, Romo, Ware were given to him. He didnt have a chance to handpick 90% of the team. Cutting Dez will start the transition of Garrett to a real head coach.

He doesnt like a 2nd voice in the room. Period. Whoever had a 2nd voice were off the team when there was an opportunity. This might sound political, but in reality Garrett is doing what is best for the team. Have a single voice across the board.

Bellichick would've gotten something in return. Garrett will never be a real HC.

This has nothing to do with Jason Garrett, this was a Stephen Jones decision and it is the right decision long term. You don't pay a guy that doesn't have elite speed, can't run routes and has inconsistent hands like an elite receiver. Dez is what it is... a Dennis Rodman type of receiver that can only rebound the football at its highest point.

Well, wonder if the stuff Fisher was spouting had any truth to them about Linehan wanting Dez gone.
So, wonder if was a Garrett move, or Linehan move from the coaching ranks?

ooohhh how dare anyone cross the great Jason Garrett.

Give me a break with this belichick stuff. If he was belichick he would not have signed Greg Hardy, put up with randle's nonsense drafted Randy Gregory..etc..etc.etc.

Garrett has been firing people since he got here. Go ask ray Sherman or rob ryan.
