Garrett + KK + Richards

I think if all Garrett has to do is keep a positive atmosphere in the locker room while we bring in a creative OC, we'd have a team that would rival the rams. In fact, I believe our defense is better than theres. Couple that with an offense that could regularly put up points and we could be headed towards the superbowl. unfortunately, we have to hope Linehan can call a mixed game for the rest of the season.

Let me start I dont want Garrett back period. Now let me address Kingsbury, he hasnt signed with USC yet who is desperate to prop up the disaster that is Clay Helton. I wonder if Jerry has made an inquiry, and I would not be opposed to it.

So, what would you guys think if they kept Garrett, but brought in Kliff Kingsbury for the O, and made Richards DC when Marinelli retires. Personally, I think that's a super bowl staff. Discuss bishes.
KK got hired by USC

According to Chris Trevino of 247Sports' USCFootball.com, Kingsbury "agreed in principle" to the offensive coordinator job under head coach Clay Helton. However, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com reported the deal has not been finalized because Kingsbury is still considering offers in both the collegiate and NFL ranks.

What's more, Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports talked to Kingsbury's agent, Erik Burkhardt, who said, "It's premature to say that any decision (by Kliff) has been made."

Yo, tool bags, I get it. He agreed to coach USC. The Dallas Cowboys is clearly a promotion. If it was offered and he took it, which is totally plausible by most promotion standards... Sheesh

I'm not sure if it has to be KK, but I would like to see a more creative staff, and I would like the see Dak get the kind of coaching that Aikman and Romo had when they were young.

I don't want a HC that calls the plays.

Is this the thread we had to come post in? (Enjoy the bump).

One, I think the staff needs to blur out your last word, but whatever.

I'd love if the team made these moves.... hilariously, Garrett came out of the bye clearly deciding he didn't want to be trolled for clapping incessantly, and the less he claps, the more we win. Obviously a useless data point, but a comical one.

I'm down with Kliff K.

I want K. Richards as DC.

But you missed the most important piece (or spot where we have the most room for improvement), we need a real QB coach.

Not enough if you do not add a real, competent QB coach to the mix.
