Thats a great team and comradery building and excercise. I'm sure they would have let it keep going until someone caught it, but not having it drag on and lose the effect worked out perfectly. I'm sure Garrett decided it was enough and they were going home anyways, but had a nice moment to do it. Can you imagine Garrett saying "you guys didn't catch it so another day of practice"? That could have the opposite effect of what was intended.

I think that was super bowl 13 (The second super bowl against Pittsburgh). He fumbled the kickoff by the way.
