Garrett May Have Broken The Golden Rule With Jerry.......

Jerry loves for the Cowboys to be the center of attention, to be debated, to be criticized, to be hated, whatever it may be. However, the one thing Jerry will not tolerate is embarrassment.

When the Cowboys start to be embarrassed on the field, that is when the line gets crossed. We have now been embarrassed 3 times on national tv in the last 5 games.

To be blown out twice and then have one of the biggest collaspes in team history, that is embarrassment. That is people laughing at the Cowboys and laughing at Jerry.

Jerry will take alot of things, but being laughed at is not one of them. In the other thread, Jerry is quoted as saying that just because he was firm on Garrett at night, doesnt mean he is firm on him in the morning. That is the first time I have ever heard Jerry even hint that Garrett might not be safe.

Garrett may have broken the golden rule with Jerry................dont embarrass the franchise....3 of last 5 weeks he has. This could be the breaking point for Jerry.

Nice find Chocolate....................Broaddus and Mickey were calling Garrett out for "giving up" against Chicago by punting on their side of the field.................now game management is front and center again this week...........Garrett is done unless we miraculously win this division.

The embarrassment started years ago with no end in sight. This core group of guys just aren't winners and this organization needs a total change - the problem is that will not happen with Jerry. He is too proud and there is no limit to how far he will go to try and right this thing.

I don't understand this board thinking Garrett is gone. JJ keeps telling you Garrett is coming back. Despite what many of you think, Jerry doesn't care what you or I think. He definitely doesn't care about what Broaddus or Jock Strap Taylor thinks. Jerry knows that the stadium will be full even with the opposition's fans and he knows that you are home watching the game with the Cowboys jersey you bought to help finance his plane's maintenance. There must be something pleasing to him as he watches Ware earning 5 million per sack and Miles Austin earning 17 million per healthy hamstring. I have no idea what it is in Jerry but I know we will be back at the trough drinking the same contaminated water. W will be watching the free agency pool get sucked dry while at the same time scrambling to identify who this diamond in the rough WR and CB the Cowboys picked up in the draft are and where one can find their highlights?
