I don't see why this would be bad. If someone else on the roster happens to be better than Romo (which I doubt), then this can only be good news for us. If not, Romo is still the man.

Speaking only for myself, I didn't see anything wrong with Bennett suggesting their be a competition. The rule still applies; if someone is good enough to replace Romo as the starter, then so be it. Until then, this is Romo's team.

I agree with the comment, but you know as well as I do they wont sit Romo unless he stinks up the joint. Romo aint that bad to stink up the joint, so I cant see them sitting him while Jerrys writing checks weekly large enough to pay off my house to Romo.

You were in the minority. Most here just couldnt wait to tell everyone what a trouble maker Bennett was and how awful his comments were and how detrimental they were to the team dynamic.

Again in a perfect world. But Jerry Loves the gunslinger in Romo and probably have Tony Romo on the short list of possible stadium names.
