The year before we had a record of 11-5. We got whipped by the Vikings that year due in part to an inept offense that couldn't score, and terrible play calling.

When Garrett took over as head coach he released Gurode. Andre may have been overweight and gotten lazy, but was that a smart move at that time? Did we really need to change a center when there was other pressing needs that had to be taken cared of? I find it strange that Garrett replaced a 5 time probowler with a rookie UDFA center. Things started to fall apart from there.

It took us 3 years to rectify this issue at center. But the damage has already been done. Just one of the major mistakes that Garrett has made. He took over a team that was in the playoffs the previous year. Then he released our starting center and replaced him with Costa. That was a bad move all the way and its one reason we are where we are with the oline.

Gurode is still playing in the NFL. Costa is on the bench. This entire experiment has failed. The blame goes to Garrett on this. Just one of his many crucial mistakes that is ruining this once, respected franchise.

Oh, what the hell, I'll say it. It's. A. Process!!

Seriously, JG's incompetence should be used as a scholar reference on how to be consistently mediocre in the NFL, as a head coach.

Garrett is terrible. Anywhere else where there is accountability - ironic that he used speak of such - he would be at least demoted or fired, just like Jerry would be as GM. His time will come, but it will be once again at the expense of the team going nowhere. It's all a process of exposing just how bad of a coach he is for a job that he wasn't qualified for in the first place.

He wasn't even qualified as OC in the first place.

Blame the GM that is going to swap him out for another puppet, keep filling our roster with sub par talent and keep us in cap hell by handing our huge extensions to players well past their primes. Garrett will get fired but don't fool your self into thinking it changes anything, remember how getting rid of Ryan was going to fix our D? All it did was buy Jerry another year of not having to address the real issues and another scapegoat to pin it on

Ryan was not the constant. Garrett is (or atleast he's a major part). We got rid of the coaches, the Parcells, the Phillips, the Ryans. We got rid of the cancerous, "not RKG", past their prime players, the TOs, the Flozells, the Craytons and Choices and Newmans, now its time to do what should've been done a long time and serve Garrett his papers. I can guarantee no other team will be looking to sign him as a HC.

Folks, it is time to give up the ghost. I agree that Garrett looks like he is in over his head, but this team is nowhere near as talented as people make it out to be. Barely average coaching combined with an average overall rage roster leads to exactly what we have seen here for the last three years.

Jerry should at least re-nickname them "America's JAGs" so folks will at least know what they are signing up for!

Romo Bryant Austin Witten Williams Murray Smith

Talent.

no excuse for the offense to be so mediocre. Any team would kill to have that many good players on offense. Imagine Brees with those players

Without a good OL, or , even a decent OL, none of that matters.

Bryant, Williams and Smith. That is where I see the upside. Romo is on there too, but, not many years left for the old boy.

His offense absolutely sucked the year Wade got fired... The defense ultimately folded, cause that offense was the epitome of 3 and outs...

If ol is the reason this offense has under achieved for years, the Garrett should have fixed it. His rep as some genius team builder certainly comes into question in that case
