I've loved condiments for as long as I can remember. I used to slather ketchup and Dijon on a slice of bread and go to town. My hot dogs are always loaded with sweet relish, mustard, and ketchup. I absolutely love Tabasco and Frank's Red Hot. Not sure how many bottles I've gone through over the years. I will mix ketchup and spicy brown mustard, or French's yellow mustard, and add a generous amount of Red Hot to it and use it as my dipping sauce for tater tots, or chicken nuggets. I love BBQ sauce. Stubbs's is the best. I love ranch too. I can't live without salsa. My wife, hands down, makes the best. If you know of Taco Bueno, then you've probably tried their salsa. I love it. I could drink cups of it. My mouth is watering just typing this post. I could go on and on, but don't have the time.

Who is as bad as I am, or worse, when it comes to condiments?

Maybe not to the extend you are Fletch... but I luv my varieties of mustard (regular "yellow", spicy brown, jalapeno, maple), ketchup (regular and Stonewall Kitchen's), Mayo (ONLY Hellman's will do) and Salad Dressing (Miracle Whip). All my salads: tuna-fish, egg, macaroni, coleslaw and potato each have their own dressings don't dare try substituting Mayo for Salad Dressing or visa versa!

I enjoy different BBQ sauces and salsa's but I don't get to use them as often as the "Big 4": mustard, ketchup, Mayo and Salad Dressing.

I'll also include sale and pepper in this discussion because I consider them condiments. I have three or four different varieties of salt and pepper... And most of the time I use grinders for both.

My brother is a big salt fiend. Got him different packages of gourmet falvored sea salts for his birthday from Williams-Sonoma. They have a trouffle sea salt that is really good.

I do like gourmet mustard but almost never use kethcup - just burgers, i wont eat fries or other foods that even touch ketchup, but i like it on burgers.

And, all though not a condiment - eating dinner without a glass of wine is just uncivilized.

I need to get some of that jalapeño mustard. I like horseradish too. Almost forgot those gourmet hot sauces that you can buy as a kit. Geesh.

My favorite food is quality Mexican food! Since I consider myself a salsa connoisseur, salsa can make or break a Mexican restaurant. At least for me.

I'm the same except for the ketchup. I don't really ever use ketchup.

I love salsa's, Frank's and most of the pepper sauces, all kinds of mustards, mayo (real not that crappy Miracle Whip), soy sauce, sriracha, and one of my favorites...horseradish.

I agree about Stubbs. It is my favorite BBQ sauce.

Love the quote by Stubbs, "Ladies and gentlemen, I'm a cook."

That, and it's made in Texas!

I don't dislike ketchup, but I don't eat it on anything. Fries taste better with just salt than they do with ketchup and I damn sure wouldn't put it on a burger or hotdog. Besides, ketchup is extremely high in sugar and sodium. Ketchup is awful for you.

The only condiments I really eat are anything with chipotle in it and Franks Wing sauce. (not redhot, the actual buffalo sauce) I will put light mayo on something, only if whatever I'm eating is dry.

As for stuff like steak sauces, if you are putting that on your steak, it's because you steak sucks. If you're putting on a good steak, *** are you doing?!?!?

Other than that. It's just spices, not sauces.

I love ketchup! Could eat it on anything, even green beans. They are great either dipping the green beans into the ketchup, or just dumping the ketchup right on them. I also like to mix ketchup and Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce together. They really complement each other, and go great on Tostadas, Tacos, and Chili. Never could eat chili without my ketchup, my dad taught me that trick when I was little, but now that I've mixed it with chili sauce, I can't eat it without that, either. My son recently brought home a new chili sauce by Heinz, while not as spicy as Sriracha, it still tastes great and goes great with anything you would use ketchup with. Actually tastes more like shrimp cocktail sauce to me, and can't wait to dip my shrimp in it, as well.

I also have a thing for Clamato and Worchestershire sauce mixed together. I cook it into everything from pinto beans to Ramen Noodles. Gives everything a better flavor. And only Duke's mayo for my potato salad, although I can use any mayo for sandwiches, hot dogs, or hamburgers.

Love condiments. Most packaged BBQ sauces are too sweet for my taste, but Stubbs is pretty good. My favorite is from a BBQ joint in Luling, City Market, that stuff is addicting and I put on dang near anything. When I make the trip there, I usually bring back at least a gallon of the stuff. Love different mustards, plain yellow, dijon, spicy brown, creole etc.... A good horseradish mayo is awesome, a good spicy cocktail sauce, tangy tartar sauce... bring 'em on. A little soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce to add a little zing.

Tabasco is good, but I really like Cajun Chef Louisiana style hot sauce. Tapatio is good, but Cholula is simply amazing.
My absolute favorite condiment is sriracha, hands down! I'm a sriracha junkie.

I'm a big Bloody Mary fan. I like making it with Clamato, Worchestershire, lemon, tabasco, salt and pepper.

Oh yeah, I don't drink liquor anymore, but if I did I would definitely use Clamato to make bloody mary's! I am a Clamato junkie! lol. In fact, a lot of cashiers think I am buying the Clamato for bloody mary's. lol. I have to tell them NO, I'm not a lush, because I buy so much Clamato! lol. I used to be a V8 fanatic, and have had bloody mary's with V8. Now that I've had Clamato, though, I can't even stomach V8 anymore.

My standard condiments

Sandwiches
Mustard, spicy mustard, mustard and ketchup

Fries
Ranch, occasionally ketchup, primarily hot sauce

Louisiana hot sauce
Frank's Hot sauce is decent

I'm not a big BBQ person, but I like Gates BBQ sauce. A friend is from Missouri and whenever she goes home, she brings back a bottle for me.

Not a salsa aficiando, so I go with Pace or Tostitos and call it a day.
