It's a comment. He stands there with his mouth open all the time. You guys know I am not making it up and it's not like I hate him. I like him as a prospect but it's pretty hard to miss.

Slackjaw is another term for it. I want to make clear that I don't think that Escobar is dumb but the cliche is that people standing around with their mouth open are a bit vacant in the noggin.

Not sure if this means anything, but when he announced in January that he'd be entering the draft, he was projected to graduate this Spring with a degree in public administation, after only three years in school.
