GB Jones TD Catch?

So.... GB Jones just caught a TD pass, feet in bounds, and his pinky/partial hand CLEARLY touches the white out of bounds. So.... How is that a TD? I seem to recall a certain game winning TD catch by Dez that was overturned for that EXACT reason!

Totally different. Jones got both feet down, THEN his hand hit the line. At that point it's already a catch. On Dez's non-catch his hand was the first thing to touch the ground.
