I found this on GBN, its interesting just to see what teams might have done if they were dead on based on this past years production. I don't recalling seeing Tanard Jackson playing. Though I do vaguely remember hearing his name mentioned a few times on Wildcard Weekend for the Bucs.

If we could take back time… Rule #2 of the draft is: No do-overs! Still it’s always fun to go back and see what might have been every once in awhile. Just for fun, for example, we took a shot at projecting the 2007 draft if we knew then what we know now. And the notion that last year’s draft really wasn’t all that strong was reinforced as we got deep into the first round it became increasingly difficult to find players worth a first-round pick.

Okoye had a very good year in Houston and IMO was a major factor in Mario Williams having a breakout year....I see them still taking him over Lynch.

I like Tanard Jackson, but not in the first. I think he's better suited to a Cover 2 scheme anyway. I think that was more a matter of a player fitting a system really well.

Spencer will be a good player for a long time. No concerns about that pick. Now if Bobby Carpenter could show up once in a while, that'd be great.
