UCLA
27 teams were represented at the UCLA pro day where OLB Akeem Ayers reportedly ran the 40 in the 4.70-4.75 range, improving on his disappointing time of over 4.8 seconds at the combine. That may not be enough to get Ayers back into this year's opening round, although becuase of his overall athleticism shouldn't drop that far.
TEXAS
CB Aaron Williams reportedly ran the 40 in the mid-4.4 range at the Longhorns' pro day, a significant improvement - for a corner - from his somewhat disappointing combine time of over 4.5 seconds that threatened to push him out of this year's opening round. D sam Acho, on the otherr hand, stood on his combine performance and participated only in the OLB positional drills with several 3-4 teams on hand top see if he can indeed possibily play in reverse. OG Michael Huey (6-4, 305), who was not invited to the combine aftrer suffering an MCL injury late in the season, had a solid day running the 40 in the 5.1-5.2 range and posting 35 rps in the BP, one more than any offensive lineman managed at the combine.
