I don't know if most of u know who Genene Jones is, she was a nurse who was convicted for killing a multiple number of babies back in the late 70s and early 80s.

I believe it is to keep her in prison. Some state law calls/called for her release next year due to overcrowding. I may be wrong but watched a show about her not long ago.
